A 21-year-old man was found dead in the swimming pool of Demi Moore Saturday morning.

Moore and her family were not present at the time of the incident. A Neighbour told TMZ that the house has been the place of numerous parties, "every day, day and night".

There were apparently five people in the house at the time of the incident. Police believe the man slipped into the pool and could not swim. According to TMZ, Moore's caretaker was holding the party. They also reported that the caretaker and the others went out at some point, leaving the victim behind, and they found him at the bottom of the pool when they returned.
